Support Coordinator Shorts: Innovative Strategies for Success (Part 1)

Facilitators: Nancy Nickolaus from the Institute for Community Inclusion, John Butterworth from the Institute for Community Inclusion and Jeanine Zlockie from the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disability Services

Support Coordinator: Corrine Frazier

Support Coordinator Shorts: Innovative Strategies for Success is a 30-minute webinar where you will hear from a Support Coordinator from Utah and their experiences working through barriers to employment for the clients they serve. Following the story you will have a chance to listen in on the question and answer session with the support coordinator and facilitators.

Corrine attended a discovery training that inspired her to take a new approach to help Brandon, an individual some thought unemployable, find a job that best fit his needs and talents. Together, along with Team Brandon, they achieved success.

Corrine Frazier is the executive director of Synergy Case Management. She has been in the social work field for over 19 years assisting participants and their families in Community and Home Waiver programs. Corrine has a child with a disability which has fueled her passion and drive.
