Part 2: ECHO 3-Part Series: Using Values and Data to Strengthen Employment Services

Video Description

The Center for Employment and Inclusion at the Institute for Disability Research Policy and Practice presents a 3-part Echo series on “using values and data to strengthen employment services.” This series will offer a combination of didactic instruction and focused to time to apply what is learned within your organization. Participants will learn from leaders and current practitioners in the field of supported and customized employment on how to incorporate relevant data measures and improving employment and community engagement outcomes for people receiving Vocational rehabilitation and HCBS waiver services.

Focus includes:

– Data and tools used to track processes and outcomes
– Utilize data and internal collaboration to leverage staff strengths and values.
– Determining community connections and gaps/opportunities to improve
– Using data to demonstrate where process improvements are making sense and people receiving services are living the life they desire, with the necessary supports.
