Evidence Based Practices in Employment

June 9, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

It is essential for job coaches and supported employment specialists to have an understanding of evidence-based practices in employment settings. This allows us to tailor the supports we provide to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities and answer the complex question: What works best for whom? In this webinar, we will explore how to identify evidence-based practices in employment settings and how to make the most appropriate selection for your clients, based on their skills, support needs, strengths, and settings.
